These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pipeline Volleyball website and coaching services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf, arrange the Services, and supervise your participation. By arranging Services for a minor, the parent/guardian agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the account.
We provide remote coaching, film review, training guidance, and recruiting support. Coaching is educational and advisory in nature. Athletic activity carries inherent risks; you are responsible for ensuring any physical training is performed safely and is appropriate for the athlete.
We do not guarantee any specific result, including improvement, playing time, team selection, recruitment, roster offers, scholarships, or financial aid. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. See our Coaching Disclaimer Liability Waiver.
Fees, billing cycles, and what is included are described at the time of purchase or during your intake. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are due in advance and recurring plans continue until canceled.
Cancellation notice. Sessions may be rescheduled or credited when canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, and no-shows, are non-refundable and are counted as a used session.
Subscription plans. Monthly plans (Hustle, Heart, Committed) require a 3-month minimum commitment. Plans continue after the minimum term until canceled with notice before the next billing date. Sessions are allocated monthly; unused sessions do not roll over indefinitely, though a limited carryover may be offered at our discretion, and we send reminders so sessions are not wasted.
Prepaid terms. If you prepay a full term, unused prepaid sessions may be refunded for a legitimate reason (such as injury, relocation, or the athlete leaving the sport), calculated at the single-session value of sessions already used, less any prepay discount applied. Completed coaching services are non-refundable.
All coaching materials, drills, written feedback, branding, and website content are owned by Pipeline Volleyball and provided to you for personal use only. The Pipeline Volleyball name and logo may not be used without permission.
You retain ownership of footage you submit. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services. We will not use athlete media for marketing without separate, explicit permission.
Participation in volleyball training and physical activity involves risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume those risks and agree that Pipeline Volleyball is not responsible for injuries arising from athletic activity undertaken based on coaching guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipeline Volleyball and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipeline Volleyball from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or end Services for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm the correct state with your attorney.)
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
