Questions
Quick answers
What do I get from a Full-Match Film Evaluation?
Coach Lea reviews one full match of your athlete herself. You get a written summary with what she does well, the three things to work on first and a drill for each, a list of timestamps for the plays worth showing a college coach, and a 30-minute recorded video call to walk through it. $199.
How much film should I send?
One match: up to five sets or 2 hours of uncut film, whichever comes first. Send it as one link, with the whole court in frame and her jersey number and color.
Does a five-set high school match count as one match?
Yes. One match is up to five sets or 2 hours of film, so a best-of-five varsity match and a best-of-three club match each count as one evaluation. A second match is a second evaluation.
Do you edit the highlight video?
No. Coach Lea picks the plays and gives you the timestamps and the reason for each. You or your editor cut the video.
How is it different from a 1-hour session?
A 1-hour session reviews up to 20 minutes of film and is mostly live coaching. The Full-Match Film Evaluation covers a whole match, adds a written summary and the highlight timestamps, and ends with a 30-minute call.
How is it different from the Recruiting Pipeline consult?
The evaluation is about her play: what to fix and which plays to show. The Recruiting Pipeline consult is about the plan: her realistic level, a school list that fits and how to reach coaches.
How long does it take?
The written summary arrives within 7 days of payment and the film link. The call is scheduled after that.
Do you guarantee a scholarship or an offer?
No. Nobody honest can. The evaluation is Coach Lea's opinion of the film you send. It is not a prediction, and recruitment depends on many things outside any coach's control.
