Pipeline Volleyball exists for the player with real talent and no one nearby to develop it — and for the program doing its best without an experienced staff.
Founder
Lea brings college playing experience and varsity coaching experience to Pipeline Volleyball, having developed players across every position and guided athletes toward the next level. She continues to stay close to the game as an active program advisor.
Her coaching focuses on what's hardest to learn on your own — clean technique, decision-making, and reading the floor — for hitters, setters, liberos, and developing players alike.
She started Pipeline Volleyball to put that experience within reach of families and programs who could never access it in person — wherever they happen to live. As Pipeline grows, that means bringing on additional experienced coaches who share the same standard.
