You record a match or practice on any phone and upload it through your private athlete link. Your coach reviews the footage and sends back a personalized video breakdown with specific things to work on. No special equipment, no travel — it fits around your season.

What ages and levels do you work with?

We coach athletes from middle school through college, with high school athletes as our core focus — from developing players to college-hopeful recruits, across every position. We tailor the focus to the athlete in front of us. All athletes who are minors require a parent or guardian to set up and consent to coaching.

Do you guarantee my athlete will get recruited or earn a scholarship?

Accepted Answer

No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. We help athletes improve and pursue college opportunities honestly and effectively, but recruitment depends on many factors outside any coach's control. Please read our Coaching Disclaimer Liability Waiver.

My daughter has never had real coaching. Is this still for her?

Especially for her. Pipeline was built for athletes with talent and no access to experienced coaching nearby. We meet players where they are and build from the fundamentals up.

We use modern film tools — including AI tagging that organizes clips and surfaces key moments — to work efficiently. But the coaching itself is human: a real coach's read on what to fix and how, not an automated report.
